Cookout Ventures LLC, dba Essays that Work, (EtW) agrees to provide essay support for aforementioned on the submission form (JD) for the Fall 2021 Application Cycle for a rate of 60 USD/essay. The following terms will hold:
General
· EtW will provide JD essay support, and ensures providing exceptional editing services, help with idea generation, cohesive strategy amongst all essays, and the highest level of satisfaction to the best of her ability.
· JD agrees that EtW does not guarantee the final submission be error-free.
· JD agrees that EtW will not write any portion of DG’s essays.
· JD agrees to only use this essay for the college admissions process.
· JD agrees to not sell any essays that have been worked on with AG.
Price-Time Subject
· Payment to be collected within 24 hours of submission.
· Payment to be digitally collected through Venmo, Zelle, or Paypal.
· Payment is nonrefundable.
Privacy
· EtW agrees to the confidentiality of all communications and personal information shared between JD and EtW.
· EtW will only share information about work with JD with written consent from EtW.
Indemnification
· EtW does not condone or knowingly participate in plagiarism or other acts of fraud.
· JD agrees that EtW is not responsible if JD does not get into college of choice.
· JD agrees that EtW is not liable for incidental, indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary actions of any kind.
· JD agrees to not sue EtW.
Choice of Law and Forum Selection
· The parties that the validity of this agreement, its construction, interpretation, and enforcement, and any and all claims or disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be determined under, governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, excluding its conflict of law rules to the extent they would point to the application of a different state’s laws.
· The parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the County of New York, State of New York.
